Signing of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Cambodia National Council for Women and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia
On 17 March 2021, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia issued a press release on the signing of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Cambodia National Council for Women and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Under this memorandum, the Bar Association is obliged to provide protection services to poor women and girls who are victims of domestic violence, victims of sexual abuse, victims of sexual exploitation, and victims of special abuse related to rights, honor and dignity of women, or the provision of representative attorney to represent women divorced by violence.
